AI generation is computationally expensive. This policy keeps the Service fast and affordable for everyone by setting clear limits and preventing abuse. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI generations and a maximum number of published sites, shown at purchase and in your dashboard. Free accounts can build and preview with a small daily generation allowance; publishing requires an active plan. Clients on agency-branded portals are subject to the limits of the plan they purchased from their agency. Unused generations don't roll over.
We apply per-account and per-IP rate limits. Automated, scripted, or bulk generation; account sharing or pooling; creating multiple accounts to evade limits; and reselling raw generation capacity are not permitted. Agencies may resell the platform only through the built-in white-label features.
Published-site hosting is intended for ordinary small-business traffic. Sites used primarily for file distribution, media streaming, or that sustain abnormal traffic levels may be throttled or require an arrangement with us.
If a renewal payment fails, access continues during a short grace period while payment is retried. After the grace period, new generations and publishes are paused until billing is resolved; previously published sites are handled per the Terms.
We may throttle, pause, or suspend accounts that breach this policy, normally with notice unless the abuse is severe. If you expect unusually high legitimate usage, contact us first — we're happy to find a plan that fits: support@phosify.app
